  • A BBC International Artist. In November 1995, BBC Radio 3 featured Marina playing 20th century Serbian piano works during “Musical Encounters” and she has given recitals at many Festivals to public and critical acclaim.

  • A Professor at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Serbia
  • Appearances at concerts in Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, South Africa, Morocco, Zimbabwe, UK and former Yugoslavian Republics. In the UK, she has played at the Wigmore Hall, the South Bank Centre, St. John’s Smith Square and the BBC Concert Hall.
  • Five solo albums: Slavonic Piano and Two Sonatas (Fragile), Memory of One Cruise, Romantic Baroque and Souvenir from a Costume Concert (Teslart).
  • Trained in the Russian School, Marina studied with Evgeny Timakhin and Arbo Valdma in Novi Sad and continued at the Royal College of Music with John Lill and Yu Chun Yee. At the end of her studies at the RCM, during which she won many awards, she was selected by Martha Argerich to play at the Munich Piano Marathon.
