To Snow White and Funny Friend Mr. Skeleton I like your show it was very good I wish I could play the piano it was nice. From girl who plays Away in a Manger her name is Milly.

PARENTS

“Using different senses – visualizing as well as listening and marching, ringing bells, was an excellent way of stimulating children’s imagination.
Yarlet, 2004

“Excellent! Children were involved in enjoyable, creative activities. Marina was charming as a Snow White. Thanks for giving us a show for kids!”

“Good choice of music, Grieg particularly. Action and music has been done with African drummers, but I do not recall it with classical music.

“Showing children that classical music can also be fun, and letting them play and experience piano for themselves was a highlight of this concert.
Harare Festival 2003

“ Costumes and action made it very special, because children were so completely involved. Mr. Skeleton was important as a focus that someone else is there, to give children confidence. ‘If he can do it, I can do it’ is child’s logic.

“It is good thing to integrate the visual and aural senses. It’s good to inspire children and let them participate in such an unusual way.

“ My son’s drawing after the concert when he was listening to the CD of pieces previously listened to live was not only brilliant representation of his understanding of the music, but also of his incredible involvement.
Bath, 2004

“Children were excited, involved, but they wanted to be, not because you told them to. They could feel you making the piano come alive.
London, 2003

TEACHERS

"It was truly 3D music. Marina’s concept of the recital is ideal for presentation in a school – to children of almost any age. Not only is it educational in the true sense of the word, but she has an enthusiasm that is infectious and a skill on the piano that is truly impressive."
Anthony Newman
Deputy Head,
St. Joseph’s College

"The children were truly inspired by Marina’s innovative approach to combining music and dramatic actions. Teachers remarked on the very high interest the children showed, and the value of using such a creative way of bringing classical music to all of them."

Adrian Jones,
Head teacher
Widcombe Junior School, Bath

"The children remembered lots of detail about Marina’s story-telling and piano-playing and this was evident in the drawings they completed after the performance. We have been playing the follow-up CD and the children quickly recognize the instrument being played and her performance has given meaning to classical piano music."
Jan Siderfin,
Head teacher
King Edwards Preparatory School

"The evening concert for Main School parents and pupils featured Marina performing works by Rachmaninoff, Grieg and Chopin, along with Serbian composers Vasilije Mokranjac and Miroslav Statkic. The audience was entranced as Marina captivated them with the spirit of her performance."
Richard Plant
Headmaster
Yarlet School, Staffordshire

Theme Concerts

I want to thank you for last night’s concert and in particular your playing of the third movement of the Moonlight Sonata. You gave a rare performance of beauty and passion. I have heard it played many times before but never felt it’s power so much. You identified completely with the music. So much that it transcended playing alone and brought to me feeling of hearing it truly for the fist time. It is not surprising you were so moved as it seemed you were not playing it alone. Thank you and Beethoven or such a remarkable experience.”
Tony Dell

“All pieces played so beautifully- I especially enjoyed all Marina’s interaction with the audience and the narrative on the composers. A superb treat!”
Virginia Dennis

“Tajcevic was a wonderful new musical experience. Let us hear this wonderful pianist more often.”
Mrs. Joan Fine

“Everything was brilliant – what a truly remarkable woman she is – such passion and her own sadness has enabled her to interpret the Composers in Exile’s work with such passion.”
Mrs. Anna Fleming

“The passion, warmth and sincere sympathetic feeling shown especially in the Prokofiev’s Third movement of Seventh Sonata.”

“Thank you for new understanding’
Mr. Towling

‘”Fantastic playing. Very impressive and interesting subject/theme, well presented.”

‘Marina, we enjoyed your music on the P&O cruise, and your performances and passion
for your believes and work were inspiring. Also educational. All my compliments”

‘Raymond and I are having great pleasure from your “Memories of One Cruise” CD. The title is so apt! and the programme is so varied, and beautifully and sensitively performed. Thank you.”
R.& J. Thomas

Mrs. Valerie Brown

“Your performance was truly unique. I have been to umpteen piano recitals but never had a seen such an appropriate attire. One realized that careful planning had gone into your concerts on board this ship. What good taste!”

Utisci publike 2005

Time cete
